Get an overview of your energy consumption

Energy analysis with FieldTalk®

FieldTalk Energy Analytics - is a web-based solution with an optional browser that authenticates users and provides access to an application with pre-built widgets for presentation on a dashboard that can also be viewed on tablets and mobile devices. The solution can be configured to retrieve additional data from other sources, such as SD system operating data, for more advanced processing and analysis of energy data, along with cost calculations based on current electricity pricing and network fees.

FieldTalk can retrieve energy data from many sources, including:

  • External meters, such as ElHub, a national database for all automatic meters from energy providers.
  • Internal automatic (or manual) meters.
  • Calculated energy sources or consumers.

Energy data can be used to gain an overview of internal energy flow, identify where and how energy is used in the organization. This can help create an energy balance that indicates, for example, losses.

All data is navigable by time and detail, from year down to the minute or even better resolution, and in real-time. Level of detail for the entire organization, down to department, production line, and machine/equipment. All clickable and navigable.

FieldNet in the energy leading prosess

Energy leadership

FieldNet can help those who want to start energy management or are already in progress and need access to more detailed information to take more actions and streamline follow-up on the actions.

We use FieldTalk Analytics to retrieve, organize, and present energy data.

FieldTalk can retrieve historical data from meters on ElHub for ongoing analysis and comparison of energy consumption over time.

FieldTalk has a web-based platform that can easily retrieve and organize energy data you already have, such as SD systems, local energy meters, process status, etc. We can provide wireless sensors for quick and easy access to process information to detail/distribute energy consumption in the plant.

FieldTalk helps you set up and monitor energy consumption per product type/production line/facility components.

FieldTalk makes it easy to compare energy consumption before and after energy-saving measures.

FieldTalk can set up KPI calculations to achieve a complete trend overview, for example, kWh/m3 for pumps, average per ton of product, tons/hour, etc.

FieldTalk creates reports that document the status and effect of measures to the authorities in relation to emission permits.

FieldTalk helps you document a green environmental profile and reduce costs in the company.

FieldNet has extensive experience and knowledge in understanding the processes in a business. We collect the flow of information, organize production and business data to provide an updated picture of operations.

FieldTalk Energy Analytics

All energy data can easily be retrieved in various widgets and put together into a dashboard solution with navigation in a separate tree structure that can be based on building/location or type of equipment such as pumps/fans, etc. We can offer extraction of additional data from local SD systems if desired.

Reports and dashboards can be on individual equipment, summarized by department, or for the entire company.

Energy data will be included if it needs to be reported to, for example, Altinn.

Energy-Temperature diagram

Displays energy consumption in buildings per square meter correlated with outdoor temperature.

Uses the previous period as the basis for control lines.

This provides a picture of energy usage measured against, for example, winter. It also provides a basis for energy management to look at building measures.

Power analysis - finding the peaks that cost

Often, high, relatively short-lived power peaks can contribute to additional costs. The sources of these peaks can be difficult to identify. It may be equipment that turns on automatically, machines that consume a lot of power, and so on.
